Practice Areas: Mr. Edelman is the Chairman of Milbank. His litigation practice focuses on complex commercial and securities litigation, as well as criminal and regulatory matters. In addition, Mr. Edelman provides advice to corporate clients and boards of directors on corporate governance and related issues. Prior to joining Milbank, he served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of New York from 1990 to 1994.
