Extensive experience in leveraged buyout and restructuring transactions. Published numerous articles and lectured on structuring leveraged buyouts, the duties of corporate directors in takeovers and corporate governance matters and representing special board committees in conflict transactions and internal investigations.
Career: Qualified since 1973. Member, American, New York State and City Bar Associations. Chair of firm’s U.S. Takeover Defense Group. Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and Vice Chair of the Queens College Foundation.
