Represents buyers, sellers, owners, investors, lenders and borrowers in complex transactions involving balance sheet issues and in cross-border acquisitions. Relevant experience includes representation of key parties in transactions involving Groupe Casino, Knight Capital, UBS Pactual, Burger King do Brasil, NorTel, Pliant Corporation, Aleris International, Bear Stearns, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, Refco Group, Lehman Brothers, Cable and Wireless plc, and Olympia & York.
Personal: Graduated from the University of Pennsylvania (BA) and magna cum laude from Fordham University (JD), where he was a member of the Fordham Law Review and was a recipient of the Stillman Memorial Prize, the Chapin Prize and the Constitutional Law Medal.
