Practice Areas: Mr Dee represents corporations in cases alleging wrongful discharge, discrimination, sexual harassment, breach of express and implied contract, and related claims of defamation, negligence, tortious interference, and false imprisonment.

Professional Memberships: Mr Dee is admitted to the bars of the states of New York and New Jersey. He is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. Mr Dee is also fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, and the American Bar Foundation.
