Practice Areas: Mr Basseches specializes in the areas of maritime transportation and administrative litigation. He represents carriers, terminals and other maritime interests before the federal maritime agencies and in court. Mr Basseches is a past-president of the Maritime Administrative Bar Association and a past-chair of the American Bar Association Maritime Transport Subcommittee.
