Practice Areas: Advises commercial banks, multilateral finance institutions, export credit agencies and project sponsors in international project finance and other cross-border finance transactions with a particular focus on power, energy, telecoms and infrastructure projects. Experienced in a wide range of financial transactions, including project finance facilities, secured and unsecured syndicated facilities, convertible and other mezzanine debt products, and risk mitigation structures, including A/B loan structures, partial credit guarantees, liquidity facilities, political risk insurance and export credits.
