Practice Areas: Mr Wright's practice focuses on capital markets transactions, in particular, for real estate investment trusts, real estate operating companies and companies in the hospitality industry, as well as specialty finance companies. Mr Wright regularly advises companies and leading investment banks on public and private issuances of debt and equity securities and merger and acquisition transactions. He heads the firm's Real Estate Capital Markets Practice Group, which has handled more than 100 IPOs and Rule 144A equity offerings and over 450 capital markets transactions for over 150 companies in recent years.
