Career: Donald I. Resnick chairs the Real Estate Practice and co-chairs its Real Estate Securities Practice and Tenant-in-Common Workout Task Force.
Mr. Resnick’s significant experience includes all types of real estate transactions, including financing, joint ventures, development and construction, leasing, loan and equity restructuring and workouts. He represents pension funds, REITS and other institutions regarding secured and unsecured senior and mezzanine credit facilities and construction and permanent financing. He also assists clients with acquisitions and dispositions, capital markets transactions, leasing, joint ventures and like-kind exchanges involving office buildings, multi-family apartment projects, retail projects, hotels and industrial facilities.
