Practice Areas: Construction Industry Practice Group partner practicing in construction and labor law, representing owners, architect-engineers, general contractors, and construction managers in virtually all phases of the private and public sectors of the domestic and international construction industry. Stephenson’s construction experience covers the drafting and negotiation of construction contract documents, counsel during project administration, and dispute resolution on a wide-range of both medium size and large, complex building and infrastructure projects, including billion dollar design-build projects. He also has been involved in the construction of numerous power generation facilities, including nuclear, fossil fuel and alternative energy power plants.
