Practice Areas: As leader of the LA office's real estate practice and one of the leaders of Skadden's REIT practice, she advises clients on a wide range of complex real estate and REIT matters including public and private placements of various types of real estate securities, complicated workouts, restructurings and financings, domestic and international partnership and joint venture formations and restructurings, headquarters leasing, trophy property development, and portfolio property sales and acquisitions.
