Practice Areas: Mr McCusker is co-chair of the firm’s Technology Companies Group. He specializes in all areas of corporate, securities and partnership laws, with a primary focus on the formation and financing of emerging growth companies. His representation of companies spans the entire corporate life-cycle, including pre-incorporation planning, general corporate representation and counseling, venture capital financings, public offerings, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr McCusker works with venture capitalists, private equity investors and investment banks involved in private and public stock offerings.
