Practice Areas: Ms Wilkinson has handled disputes matters around the country and abroad, for domestic and international clients. She specializes in products liability and commercial disputes, with a focus on class action and other consolidated litigation defense matters, as well as regulatory and risk management counseling. Ms Wilkinson has significant experience before international arbitration tribunals operating under the auspices of all the major arbitration institutions. In the products liability arena, Ms. Wilkinson serves clients in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and durable goods industries. She is the Chair of Chadbourne’s Pro Bono Committee.
