Career: David Klein’s practice focuses on resolving disputes with insurance carriers through litigation, as well as negotiated solutions. On behalf of his clients, he makes persuasive presentations to insurers and the courts, integrating scientific, technical and economic analysis to recover insurance proceeds for a wide range of risks. Mr. Klein handles matters involving general and excess liability, environmental impairment liability, first party/business interruption, fidelity/crime, directors and officers, and employment practices liability coverage. Mr. Klein also has broad experience litigating cases involving public and administrative law, and is active in pro bono service. He received his JD from Yale Law School.
