Practice Areas: Practice focuses in finance, with particular emphasis in project finance, leveraged and acquisition finance and restructurings in the energy, infrastructure and power sectors. He has represented project companies, sponsors, lenders, underwriters, bond purchasers and credit enhancers in these areas. In addition to projects in the United States, he has worked on projects in more than two dozen countries throughout the world.
