Practice Areas: Mr. Midvidy has advised issuers, underwriters and foreign and domestic financial institutions in a variety of transactions including whole company securitizations and securitizations of non-financial assets and consumer finance assets. He has also represented sellers and purchasers of portfolios of securitized and unencumbered financial assets both on a servicing released and servicing retained basis. Mr. Midvidy has substantial experience with titling trusts and other titling entities and led the team that developed the exchange note structure used in auto-lease securitizations.
