Practice Areas: Mr Flaim has considerable experience litigating intellectual property cases, including complex high technology patent cases, in federal district courts and in proceedings before the International Trade Commission. Mr Flaim focuses his practice on patent disputes involving digital electronics and computer related technologies, such as voice messaging, semiconductor processing and circuitry, smart cards, wireless and wireline telecommunication systems, online technologies, and financial software and equipment.
Professional Memberships: Mr Flaim is a member of the Dallas/Fort Worth Intellectual Property Association; Intellectual Property Owners Association; International Trade Commission Trial Lawyers Association; International Trademark Association; and the State Bar of Texas.
Career: Mr Flaim serves as Chair of Baker & McKenzie's Global Intellectual Property Practice Group.
