Practice Areas: Chuck is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Chuck is co-chair of the Employee Benefits Litigation Practice and a member of the firm's Advisory Board. He represents employers in complex labor, employment and employee benefits (ERISA) litigation. He has extensive class action and jury trial experience and has handled dozens of ERISA and other employment cases before federal and state appellate courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court.
