Practice Areas: Represents entities involved in electric generation, transmission and distribution, electric and gas marketing and trading, and gas transportation and distribution on a variety of regulatory and market matters including with respect to project development and commercialization, market design, mergers/acquisitions and affiliate issues. Negotiates project agreements in association with development or restructuring of energy facilities, including relating to US regional electricity markets. Advises on federal and state energy regulations and related matters before FERC, DOE, DOJ, CFTC and state public utility commissions.
