Practice Areas: Partner in Sidley's Washington, DC office, practicing in energy regulatory. He focuses on the representation of interstate gas and oil pipelines and other clients before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. He advises clients involved in litigation or commercial transactions with regulated companies and represents clients in FERC enforcement proceedings. He currently represents TransCanada's Keystone oil pipeline project, the Alaska Pipeline Project sponsored by TransCanada and ExxonMobil, Alliance Pipeline, National Fuel Gas Supply Corp and Empire Pipeline.
