Practice Areas: An attorney since 1973, he is a member of the firm’s Business Section. Mr Cook concentrates his practice on commercial transactions with an emphasis on real estate, lending, and secured transactions.

Professional Memberships: Mr Cook is a member of the Utah State Bar and American Bar Association and a past Chair of the Real Property Section of the Utah State Bar.

Career: Mr Cook received his BA from Brigham Young University and his JD from the University of Chicago (1970 and 1973, respectively), where he was Associate Editor of the 'University of Chicago Law Review'.
