Practice Areas: Christopher Rich is a Partner in Perkins Coie's Environment, Energy and Resources Group. He focuses on complex RCRA, Clean Air Act, and Clean Water Act permitting and compliance; environmental cleanup under CERCLA and state Superfund laws; and state and federal governmental enforcement matters. He is a former Oregon Department of Environmental Quality enforcement officer, is active on numerous state environmental business and policy committees, and lectures on a wide variety of environmental issues. Chris is currently focusing a significant amount of his practice supporting the safe destruction of chemical weapons at the Umatilla Chemical Agent Disposal Facility.
