Practice Areas: David LeMay is active in our representation of the Tribune Company Creditors' Committee. He headed our engagement for the Royal Bank of Canada in litigation against MBIA, Inc. He was heavily involved in the 2010 restructuring of Ambac Assurance Corp. He has represented creditors' committees in complex cases such as Parmalat, MFN Networks, and Spiegel/Eddie Bauer; the financial counterparties in the restructuring of ACA Financial Guaranty Corp.; and numerous clients in the Lehman Brothers cases.
