Practice Areas: Senior Partner in Chadbourne's Project Finance Practice. Represents financing sources and sponsors in connection with domestic and international renewable and conventional energy, transportation and other industrial and infrastructure projects. Work includes acquisitions, portfolio financings, and development and project financing of greenfield projects. Works with sponsors on different types of debt and equity and construction contracts, fuel supply, off-take agreements, and other project-related agreements. Representations involve complex structures, multilateral and/or export credit agency involvement and political risk insurance products.
