Lead Trial Counsel in DaimlerChrysler, AG victory over Kirk Kerkorian's multi-billion dollar securities action named National Law Journal's 'Top Defense Win of 2005'. Led defense of three of the largest securities class actions ever litigated: Cendant Corporation, McKesson HBOC and DaimlerChrysler Securities Litigation. Recently won dismissals in Second Circuit of both Star Gas Securities Litigation, and antitrust and RICO claims against Jakks Pacific, Inc.
