Practice Areas: Donald’s practice focuses on the tax aspects of complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, formation of private equity funds, and debt and equity restructurings and workouts. He is a lecturer at the University of Chicago Law School and is a co-author of 'Mergers, Acquisitions, and Buyouts,' by Martin Ginsburg, Jack Levin and Donald Rocap, and a special editor of 'Structuring Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Entrepreneurial Transactions,' by Jack Levin.
