Practice Areas: As Co-Leader of K&L Gates’ global Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Area, Mr. Birsic maintains an active trial, arbitration and counseling practice focused principally on complex commercial and insurance coverage litigation. He has extensive jury and bench trial experience involving complex, plaintiff-oriented commercial cases. He has also tried numerous international and U.S.-based commercial arbitrations to conclusion. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers.
