Career: Joseph Bisceglia has extensive experience in a variety of complex civil and criminal litigation in both federal and state trial and appellate courts, including business and corporate litigation of virtually every type. He is Chair of his Firm’s Real Estate and Construction Litigation Practice. He has lectured and published extensively regarding federal and state civil practice and procedure, real estate and construction law, trial practice, and alternative dispute resolution. In addition to other activities and honors, he is Past President of the Illinois State Bar Association and listed among the top lawyers in Illinois by all major rating organizations.
