Career: Mr Koogler is the firm's Mergers and Acquisition Practice Group leader. His extensive M&A experience includes the representation of public and private businesses in the purchases, sales, divestitures, and tender offers in a wide range of industries, including insurance, asset management, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and restaurants. These over 80 transactions, including some of the most complex transactions in the insurance industry, have an aggregate value in excess of $9 billion. Mr Koogler regularly counsels businesses on general corporate matters, including corporate governance, compliance and general business matters.
