Career: Mr Grady, a Partner at Porter Wright, chairs the Banking and Finance Practice. He has extensive experience representing lenders/buyers and corporate borrowers/sellers in asset-based, syndicated and middle market credit extensions, loan restructuring, leveraged and acquisition financings, ESOP lending, recapitalizations, and multi-state and cross-border financing. His experience encompasses a diverse group of industries, including manufacturing, retail, specialty finance, investment companies, mortgage companies, healthcare, outdoor footwear and clothing, distributors, steel products, grocery chains, chemical companies, and medical products. Additionally, he advises clients regarding letters of credit and swap transactions and conducts seminars on secured transactions under Article 9 of the UCC.
