Practice Areas: Of Counsel. Practice focuses on: environmental due diligence, brownfield redevelopment, voluntary remediation throughout the mid-Atlantic region; wetland, stormwater and water resource permitting and management; market-based approaches to environmental compliance including development of programs for stream, wetland, nutrient mitigation banks; and development of, and advocacy for, environmental regulatory and legislative initiatives.
