Practice Areas: For the past 30 years, Frank’s law practice has focused exclusively on construction law matters, including the counseling of public and private owners, general contractors, cons­truction managers, equipment suppliers, trade contractors, material suppliers, manufacturers, sureties, and real estate developers in dispute avoidance, as well as the representation of construction industry participants in complex construction disputes.
