Practice Areas: Practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, private-equity fund and portfolio representations, corporate finance, leveraged buyouts, general corporate law, corporate governance, and in-bound international transactions. Negotiates and drafts purchase agreements, shareholders and employment agreements, and documents typical in management-led or private-equity buyouts. Currently serves on Partners’ Committee of Alston & Bird.
