Trials nationwide, including in Texas, Delaware, New York, California, and Massachusetts. Substantial work coordinating multi-national patent enforcement programs. Represented Polaroid Corporation in landmark patent infringement action against Eastman Kodak Company resulting in a permanent injunction and $873 million in damages.
