Debtor & Creditors’ Rights:
The Debtor and Creditors’Rights Group provides guidance and counsel to business, institutional and individual clients in reorganizing and resolving both their own financial affairs and difficulties as well as dealing with those of their clients and customers.
Environmental:
The environmental law attorneys handle all facets of environmental practice from litigating major cases to counseling clients on permitting, ISRA, air and water pollution, wetlands, solid and hazardous wastes, contract documentation and litigation involving the remediation of environmental sites, compliance counseling, industrial pretreatment, lender liability, oversight of environmental assessments in land sales, and land use/environmental approvals.
Intellectual Property:
The Intellectual Property Practice includes the full range of patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and computer and internet law experience in the areas of litigation, licensing and transfer, registration and counseling.
Labor & Employment:
The labor and employment law attorneys represent management and defendants in employment litigation; discrimination litigation; non-competition disputes; and traditional labor law, including drafting and negotiating collective bargaining agreements, rendering advice concerning strike planning. They also counsel non-union employers facing union boycotts, organizational campaigns and other union activity.
Land Use:
