Career: Partner in the Corporate Restructuring Practice Group, Andrew has appeared in bankruptcy courts throughout the country representing secured creditors, lessors, creditors committees and purchasers. Andrew counts NYSE listed lenders among his clients and has represented creditors and purchasers in, among others, the Kmart and Philadelphia Newspapers bankruptcy cases, receivership proceedings and assignments for benefit of creditors. Andrew represents lenders in complex commercial foreclosures in many jurisdictions, and has managed UCC sales, including a recent sale of collateral securing a $30 million loan.
