Practice Areas: Mr Soler regularly represents sponsors of private investment funds in connection with the organization and operation of such funds. He also advises private fund managers in connection with their formation and operation and counsels investment firms on the sale of majority and minority interests in their businesses. Additionally, he represents sponsors and investors in connection with "non-fund" investment arrangements and represents institutional investors in connection with their investments in private funds. Clients include American Securities, CCMP Capital, Genstar Capital and Lindsay Goldberg.
