Practice Areas: Head of the firm’s Structured Finance/Derivatives practice. Works closely with counterparts in London and in other offices worldwide. Represents issuers, underwriters, collateral managers and credit enhancers in structured securities offerings (including asset-backed securities, CLOs and CDOs) and derivatives transactions, and restructuring work related thereto. Has participated in the securitisation of a wide variety of assets including commercial loans, mortgage loans, credit card receivables, trade receivables, auto loans, equipment and vehicle leases, student loans, insurance premium finance contracts and intellectual property rights.
