Practice Areas: Mr. Kessler is chair of the litigation department in, and managing partner of, the firm’s Columbus office. His practice is focused in business litigation, with an emphasis on complex commercial transactions, securities, business torts, real estate, product liability, construction, sports facilities, insurance, bankruptcy, health care and aviation issues. Mr. Kessler provides strategic business counsel to numerous large corporations headquartered in the Midwest.
