Practice Areas: National Co-Chair of the firm’s Appellate Practice Team, Tom Warren argues appeals and serves in an advisory capacity to the firm’s clients and lawyers on appellate and complex civil litigation issues. An experienced appellate attorney, Mr. Warren has received numerous commendations for his outstanding appellate skills. His practice includes strategic analysis and briefing in complex civil litigation matters. Mr. Warren has accepted numerous appointments to provide pro bono representation to appellants in criminal matters. He has taught appellate advocacy at Case Western Reserve University School of Law and Cleveland-Marshall Law School and trial advocacy at Loyola Law School.
