He represents financial institutions and other businesses in complex commercial litigation, regulatory matters, and internal investigations. He has represented clients on matters throughout the United States pertaining to consumer financial products, financial instruments, securities fraud, mortgage loan fraud, accounting malpractice, and business valuations.
