Practice Areas: A Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, Robert Kincaid has broad experience in civil litigation, particularly in business and commercial litigation; probate, fiduciary and trust litigation including will contests; and employment litigation (management). His experience includes more than 38 civil jury trials to verdict, court trials and arbitrations in 17 different states. Mr. Kincaid has successfully represented individuals and corporations in federal and state courts in cases alleging breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duties by joint venturers, partners, officers, directors and shareholders. His representation includes both plaintiffs and defendants.
