Practice Areas: Randall Solomon, a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and past Chairman of the Litigation Section of the Cleveland Bar Association, is a "hands-on" trial lawyer who concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, the defense of mass toxic tort cases and the defense of legal malpractice claims. He has extensive experience in defending against and in the settlement of class actions, and has appeared before the Judicial Panel for Multidistrict Litigation. He is the Vice-Chair of the Ohio Commission on the Rules of Practice and Procedure and Chair of the Commission’s Rules of Evidence Subcommittee.
