Practice Areas: Howard Heiss is a Partner in O’Melveny’s New York office and a member of the White-Collar Defense and Corporate Investigations Practice. Howard has extensive experience representing corporations and individuals in government investigations and proceedings. He focuses his practice on white-collar criminal matters and SEC and self-regulatory enforcement proceedings, as well as internal investigations and trials. Howard represents clients in a wide array of criminal matters, including securities fraud, tax fraud, and bank, mail and wire fraud cases. He represents clients in SEC proceedings involving allegations of accounting fraud, insider trading, FCPA and other securities violations.
