Practice Areas: Matthew Morreale is a partner in Cravath’s Corporate Department and is in charge of its environmental practice. Mr. Morreale advises on environmental matters relating to M&A, securities offerings, financings and other business transactions across all industries in the U.S. and internationally. He also provides counseling on compliance matters, environmental and toxic tort litigation, indemnification disputes and environmental aspects of periodic reporting obligations under securities laws.
