Career: Mr. Milmed concentrates on environmental transactional law, representing principals and lenders in connection with the environmental aspects of domestic and international corporate and financial transactions, including M&A, divestitures, public securities offerings, private equity investments, bankruptcies and restructurings, real estate and project finance transactions. His practice involves virtually every industry and a wide range of non-US jurisdictions. Mr. Milmed also represents industrial corporations in environmental liability and regulatory matters, including Superfund disputes.
