Practice Areas: Practice includes permitting, regulatory compliance, and litigation in matters relating to energy (including power, transmission, oil and gas), stormwater and wastewater discharge, landfills, petroleum contamination, wetlands, hazardous substance and petroleum bulk storage tanks, SEQRA, toxic torts, defending criminal investigations, and zoning and land use. Representation also includes defending claims asserted by agencies for cleanup costs, penalties, and other enforcement matters brought under Superfund statutes, Navigation Law, and the Clean Water Act.
