Practice Areas: Amy Rubin is a partner in Weil’s global Tax Practice. Her practice focuses on executive compensation, employee benefits, and ERISA matters. Ms. Rubin regularly counsels public and private companies in employee benefits and executive compensation aspects of private equity transactions, strategic mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, reorganizations, financing transactions, and ongoing company operations. In addition, she has extensive experience advising clients on the negotiation, design, and implementation of executive employment and separation arrangements, as well as other compensation arrangements and employee benefit plans.
