Represents clients in complex real estate transactions, focusing on acquisitions, dispositions, M&A, financings, and joint ventures. He has significant experience in international real estate transactions, as well as distressed asset transactions, workouts, and bulk sales of nonperforming loans and real estate owned, and frequently speaks on real estate private equity topics. Clients include Morgan Stanley, Mill Creek, TriGate Capital, HighBrook Investment Management, GreenOak Real Estate Partners, Whitman Peterson, and Behringer Harvard.
