Practice Areas: Ted Hunter chairs Lowenstein’s Real Estate Group. Based in New York and New Jersey but with a national practice, Ted has extensive experience in all areas of commercial real estate. Ted was lead attorney on a deal named Project Finance’s "2009 North American Real Estate Deal of the Year" and lead attorney on a deal named REBNY’s 2010 "Most Creative Retail Deal of the Year." Under Ted’s direction, Lowenstein’s Real Estate Group is currently working on a portfolio hotel privatization transaction involving 18,000 rooms across the US and the transfer of approximately 700 service stations in seven states.
