Practice Areas: Co-chairman of the firm's Real Estate Department. Practice is national in scope and encompasses a broad range of transactions, with particular emphasis on acquisitions, dispositions, development and commercial leasing. Practice includes counseling developers, real estate equity and opportunity funds, real estate investment trusts, investors, owners and tenants in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, leasing, management, financing and construction of commercial, retail, industrial and residential properties; mezzanine financings; joint ventures; and acquisition and disposition of distressed debt.
